1. Why we verify clients
DOYOS Global Markets is regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (FSC) and is required to identify and verify every client before providing trading services. Verification protects clients and the platform from fraud, money laundering and sanctions breaches.
2. Information we collect
At onboarding we collect identity details (full name, date of birth, nationality and residential address), a government-issued photo ID, proof of address issued within the last three months, and where applicable source-of-funds documentation. Corporate and institutional clients also provide company registers, ownership and authorised-signatory details.
3. Verification process
Documents are reviewed and verified electronically, and we may use third-party identity and sanctions-screening providers. Accounts are not activated for trading or withdrawal until verification is satisfactorily completed.
4. Ongoing due diligence
We periodically review client information and may request refreshed documents, particularly where risk indicators change, transaction patterns shift, or after material updates to your profile.
5. Failure to verify
Where required verification is not provided, DOYOS may restrict account functionality, withhold withdrawals, or close the account in line with its regulatory obligations.
