Who can become an Introducing Broker?

Businesses or individuals with relevant audiences, lawful traffic sources and the ability to pass due diligence may apply.

How are commissions calculated?

The signed partner agreement defines eligible products, referral attribution, validation, rates, payment cycle, thresholds and reversals.

Can partners hold client funds?

A standard Introducing Broker should not receive or control client money unless a separate authorised arrangement expressly permits it.

What marketing is prohibited?

Misleading claims, guaranteed returns, unapproved bonuses, hidden risk, restricted-country targeting and impersonation are prohibited.

What is a Corporate IB?

It is a higher-level structure for eligible partners who manage or support sub-IB relationships under additional terms.
