1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the DOYOS website or online services, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies referenced by them. Do not use the service if you do not accept the terms.
Trading-account services are governed separately by the client agreement accepted during onboarding.
2. Eligibility and restricted access
You must be legally capable of using the website and must not access services from a jurisdiction where they are prohibited. DOYOS can restrict or refuse website and portal access where required by law, licensing, sanctions, security or internal policy.
3. General information only
Website content is provided for general information and education. It does not consider an individual’s objectives, financial circumstances or needs and is not personal investment, legal or tax advice.
Quotes, charts and external widgets can be delayed, indicative or supplied by third parties. Executable account prices are shown in the trading platform.
4. Account and credential security
You are responsible for keeping login details confidential, securing the email connected to the account and preventing unauthorised use of your devices. Notify DOYOS immediately when you suspect compromise.
You must not share an account, bypass access controls, impersonate another person or use automated systems in a way that harms the service.
5. Intellectual property
DOYOS names, logos, site design, text, graphics and software are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and print reasonable copies for personal use but may not reproduce, sell, misrepresent or create an unauthorised derivative commercial service.
6. Third-party services and links
The website can display external market widgets, platform downloads, payment services or links. Third-party terms, privacy practices, availability and accuracy are outside DOYOS control. A link is not necessarily an endorsement.
7. Prohibited use
- Attempting unauthorised access, scraping, disruption or malicious code.
- Using the website for fraud, market abuse, money laundering or unlawful activity.
- Misrepresenting an affiliation with DOYOS.
- Publishing false or misleading DOYOS promotions.
- Collecting another user’s credentials or personal information.
8. Availability and liability
The website may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, DOYOS does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content or the accuracy of third-party data.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated by publishing a revised version and effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
