1. Data We Collect

We collect data you provide and data generated when you use our services:

• Identity & contact: name, date of birth, nationality, ID documents, selfie/liveness, address, phone, email.
• KYC & financial: employment, source of funds, bank details, transaction history, trading experience, suitability answers.
• Account & transaction: MT5 logins, orders, positions, deposits, withdrawals, communications, callback requests.
• Device & usage: IP address, device IDs, browser type, MT5 version, log files, cookies and similar storage (see Cookies Policy).
• Support: emails, chats, call recordings where permitted, and complaint records.

2. How We Use Your Data

We process data to operate regulated brokerage services and meet legal duties:

• Verify identity, assess eligibility, open and manage Individual Account, Priority Trading Service (Islamic), PAMM and Corporate accounts.
• Process funding and withdrawals, monitor margin, execute MT5 orders and provide customer support.
• Comply with AML, sanctions, fraud prevention and FSC Mauritius record-keeping duties.
• Improve the website, portal, Academy personalisation, and send service messages (margin alerts, maintenance, legal updates).
• With consent where required, send information about our services and partner offers; you may opt out anytime.

3. Sharing and International Transfers

We share data only as needed and with safeguards:

• Service providers: KYC/ID verification, payment gateways, banks, MT5 hosting, email/SMS, analytics and audit firms under confidentiality contracts.
• Group, IBs and partners: your introducing broker may receive limited account status where you were referred, per the Partner Agreement.
• Regulators and authorities: FSC Mauritius, FIU, law enforcement, courts and banks where required by law.
• Corporate events: successor in a merger or acquisition under equivalent protections.

4. Retention, Security and Your Funds Data

Security measures include encryption in transit, access controls, segregation of client funds from company funds, staff training and periodic reviews — see Security.

5. Your Rights and Choices

• Request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, and restrict or object to certain processing.
• Withdraw marketing consent without affecting service messages.
• Request portability of data you provided in structured form.
• Lodge a complaint with us via Complaints and then with the competent data protection authority.
