1. The client relationship
The client agreement establishes the contractual relationship between the approved client and the DOYOS legal entity identified during onboarding. It incorporates product, execution, risk, privacy and financial-crime documents.
2. Account opening and classification
DOYOS can request information to assess identity, eligibility, experience, financial circumstances, corporate authority and client classification. Approval is discretionary and can be refused without opening an account.
3. Instructions and authority
Instructions placed through valid credentials can be treated as authorised. Clients must secure credentials, ensure authorised traders are correctly recorded and notify DOYOS immediately of suspected compromise.
4. Trading services
Forex and CFD orders are subject to live prices, margin, market hours, execution policy and contract specifications. DOYOS does not guarantee acceptance, execution at a displayed price or continuous access.
5. Client money and payments
Deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers are subject to account status, payment ownership, AML review, provider terms and available balance. Third-party funding can be rejected or returned.
6. Charges and adjustments
The account can be charged spread, commission, swap, service fees, conversion, dividend, rollover or other amounts described in the pricing and product schedule.
7. Margin, default and closure
DOYOS may close positions, restrict trading or terminate the relationship when margin is insufficient, documents expire, activity breaches the agreement, law or risk controls require action, or the account is otherwise in default.
8. Communications and records
Electronic messages, portal notices and platform records can form part of the account record. Clients must keep contact information current and review notices promptly.
9. Suspension and termination
Either party may terminate according to the agreement. Open positions, outstanding charges, investigations, withdrawals and record-retention obligations can continue after notice.
10. Governing law, complaints and rights
The accepted agreement identifies governing law, dispute-resolution terms and complaint rights. Nothing in the online summary removes mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
